What happens next
- We review your request and reach out within one business day to confirm.
- You receive a dedicated DulyHandled assistant number.
- You add your existing clients, crew, and vendors as contacts in our web dashboard. Each contact is one you have an existing business relationship with.
- You start texting in Spanish — we translate to English and relay messages on your behalf, with a confirmation gate before any outbound message.
What you'll receive by SMS
- Welcome message confirming your number is provisioned
- Onboarding messages walking you through your first day
- Translations of your own outgoing messages in English
- Spanish summaries of inbound replies from your contacts
- Periodic service updates (e.g. account changes, important notices)
